STUDIOSOSLOW was founded in 2020 by shenjun ge and yuchen li. studiososlow is a multidisciplinary creative studio which focuses its forms, materials and sences in everyday life, and transforming into objects.

In this series, STUDIOSOSLOW draws deeply from the formal essence of traditional flat and three-dimensional kites, reinterpreting folk craftsmanship through a contemporary design language. The "Kite" series not only serves as a modern translation of intangible cultural heritage techniques but also, through in-depth craft practice, explores how handicraft can continuously inspire cultural expressions aligned with contemporary spirit across generational inheritance. This work profoundly demonstrates the material value and emotional significance that intangible cultural heritage techniques can carry in modern society, offering an inspiring practical case for the contemporary reinterpretation of traditional craft.
