Shiwei Ding (b. 1989) received his Master’s degree from the School of Intermedia Art at the China Academy of Art and currently lives and works in Hangzhou. His recent artistic practice centers on the core theme of the "biological nature of media," spanning diverse fields such as video installation, sculpture, electronic components, and AI-generated imagery. Following an early phase of practice focused on "screen experience" and the "interfacial body," his work over the past two years has shifted toward an investigation of the symbiotic structures shared by artificial intelligence and social media. Through this inquiry, he seeks to uncover new forms of perception, ethics, discipline, and belief within the empathetic interface situated between "ghost machines" and humanity. He is deeply concerned with the latent mimetic relationship between technology and life—specifically, how media ceases to be merely a tool and transforms into an organism endowed with the functions of respiration, digestion, and metabolism, as images, algorithms, and language quietly permeate the various strata of human experience.

Ziqi(Tree) Xu (b.2000) is a visual artist currently living and working between China and the United Kingdom. His recent practices focus on the complexities of human identity, violence, and the boundaries between different narrative spaces. Through photography, installations, performance and philosophical reflection, he aims to critique the new form of violence brought by quotidian apparatus in the up-to-date world. In his research and practices, he uses the field of art to expand ‘inhuman horizon’ that allows people to unveil the Ideological contamination embedded in contemporary technology. He holds a MA in Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies at Central Saint Martins and a BFA in Photography at Communication University of Zhejiang.

Zhiheng Huang (b.1997) Born in China，based in Enshi.

Zhiheng Huang (b. 1997) graduated with a Master's degree in Chinese Painting from East China Normal University and currently lives and works in Enshi. His current creative work primarily utilizes symbolic intervention in easel painting. He chooses to superimpose symbols onto images because, on the one hand, they can carry symbolism and metaphor, effectively conveying concepts; on the other hand, they can evoke the viewer's visual experience, thereby stimulating thought. The symbols in the painting need to form a visual connection with the image content, serving the function of pointing from the "visible" to the "invisible," thus strengthening the communication of concepts. In the context of contemporary art, pictographs often play the role of indicators, used to resist fixed conventions and reveal the illusory and disciplinary mechanisms within established symbolic systems. Displaying symbols is the process of constructing "interpretive terms," ​​and I attempt to convey my concepts in this way. The core creative concept in creating his works comes from Marcuse's reflections on "eros." He uses water-based materials to connect images and symbols to express his understanding and perception of love and desire.
